We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations work. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a return, an item must be:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition
  • In its original packaging, with all components, hardware, and documentation included
  • Free of any damage that was not present at delivery

Items that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Restocking fee

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, calculated on the purchase price of the returned item(s). This fee is deducted from your refund.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If we provide a prepaid return label at your request, the cost of that label is deducted from your refund; alternatively, you may ship the item back yourself at your own expense. We recommend a trackable, insured method — we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

How your refund is calculated

Your refund equals the purchase price of the returned item(s), minus the 15% restocking fee and minus return shipping costs. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Example: a $500 item is refunded $500 − $75 (15% restocking fee) − return shipping.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. In these cases we cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee, and we will repair, replace, or fully refund the item — your choice. Please keep all packaging and provide photos of any damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Non-returnable items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Custom and made-to-order products (including custom-color items), which are produced specifically for your order
  • Installed or used units
  • Items designated final sale or clearance
  • Any item returned without a valid RMA number (see below)

How to start a return (RMA required)

  1. Email support@atticbreeze.com or call (254) 865-9999 with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item back with the RMA number clearly marked on the package. Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused or delayed.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit to your account.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, request a return for the original order and place a new order for the replacement. If you need help, contact us and we'll assist.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Once an order has shipped, the standard return terms above apply. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Product warranty

Returns are separate from our product warranty. Our fans are backed by a limited parts lifetime warranty. Claims for product defects that arise after the return window are handled under the warranty terms — contact support for assistance.
